Hey everyone,
Corby and I found out today that she is having surgery on her knee on July 5th. For those who don't know, she tore her ACL playing a teacher/student softball game. Please pray for a quick recovery for her. We went shopping to make her feel better after the doctor's appointment! Haha!!
I am still not official, but I do have a really nice white-coat! I had my white coat ceremony on June 16th and it went great. It's a doctors white coat with my name and the word Audiologist below it. We also had a pin pinned on us that says Texas Academy of Audiology. It was an awesome ceremony.
Kody will start his internship the 16th of July. I (Kody) am really looking forward to it. I'll be working at the North Cypress Medical Center on Mondays and the med center Tuesday-Friday! That commute will be a doozy! I'm looking forward to the experience though.
For those who know, mom did great with her surgery. She made it home last night (Thursday) and is doing well. She is still sore (of course) but having a bunch of people visit and bring food. Friends are awesome! Praise God for them! Have a blessed day!

Corby we are SOOO sorry you are having this surgery! Hopefully you will have a quick recovery, and be able to function without crutches!! Praying for you! Let's see white coat ceremony pictures soon Kody!
Ouch! Those pictures look painful...of course I dont' have to tell you that, huh Corby! I hate to hear about the surgery but hopefully when it's done you'll be all better!
