Back to School!!!
Sorry it has been a while since our last post! Things have been kind of crazy lately. I has been working in my classroom the last two or so weeks. Not to mention the workshops, new teacher orientation and the in-services I've had to attend. After two months of doing nothing (due to my knee), to being gone all day long has really worn me and my knee out!! I am making it though!!! I had meet the teacher yesterday and got to meet some of my kidos. It looks like I have a good group of kids and parents. I already have a homeroom mom!!! YAY!!!! Here are some pictures of my new classroom!!!! Notice the missing walls and doors!! It will be an interesting year!!!!

What's the deal with no walls and doors?? Is that more than one classroom in a huge room or something?
It's called open concept. There are 6 differnt classrooms in one pod divided by cabinets and very thin walls. Apparently there are benefits. We will see!!!
Good pix! I'm using my new computer and it is fun! No mistakes yet.
Have a super year and remember...when you yell at kids, other people can hear you! :)

your classroom looks great! hope you are enjoying it! at least your kids don't have to go too far when you have to send them to another classroom!
