June 30th Kody and I left for Anniston, Alabama for Andrew and Lauren's wedding. We drove 6 hours that night and stopped in LA at a hotel that Kody's parents had stopped at. The next morning we drove the rest of the way to Anniston. We stayed at this really neat bed and breakfast along with several other North Enders. Andrew and Lauren's wedding was beautiful! Congratulations you guys!
July 4th we left Anniston and headed for Pigeon Forge, Tennessee for vacation with Kody's parents. It took us about 4 hours to get there so it was not too bad. Pigeon Forge is where Kody and I went on our honeymoon, so it was really neat to go back. That evening we drove down to Gatlinburg for a firework show.

We drove into the smokey mountain national park and crossed over into North Carolina. It was absolutely beautiful
We had such a great time vacationing with Kody parents. This was our first road trip vacation and I must say that we survived! :-) The morning we left we decided to drive the whole way home without stopping. It took us 16 hours and driving through 6 states to get home! We were so thankful to get home!

How nice! Andrew's wedding looked beautiful. Disappointed we all didn't make it. That must have been nice to revisit your honeymoon place! :)
